1. General Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official communication channels specified in your contract or service agreement.
- Requests must include the service details, Transaction Id, and reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation Timeframes and Charges
- For Project-Based Services:
- Before Project Commencement: A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment and before the project has started.
- After Project Commencement:
- If the project is less than 50% complete, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed work and administrative fees.
- If the project is more than 50% complete, no refund will be provided.
- For Custom Development or Specialized Services:
- Due to the personalized nature of these services, cancellation is only permitted if mutually agreed upon. Refunds will be calculated based on work completed and documented deliverables.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Disputes
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause specified in your service agreement.
